Welcome to Global One Media’s onboarding process. Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition into our marketing program, equipping you with all the necessary tools and insights to maximize your brand’s visibility. This overview outlines the key steps, from the initial onboarding call to ongoing content creation, social media management, and performance reporting

1. Onboarding Call

During the onboarding call, we will take the time to understand your company, its mission, and your marketing objectives. This discussion will cover:

  • Your brand’s story, key messages, and strategic focus areas.
  • Any specific projects or campaigns that require priority.
  • Guidelines on brand representation, including topics to highlight and any sensitive areas to avoid

Following the call, we will provide initial branding materials for your review and approval, including social media highlights, cover images with taglines, and story templates. We will notify you once these assets are ready for your feedback.

2. Access to Media Files and Assets

To create high-quality content and maintain brand consistency, we will provide a secure folder link where you can upload:

  • High-resolution logo files in all available formats.
  • High-resolution images, graphics, and videos related to your projects, team, and operations.
  • Brand guidelines (if available), detailing logo usage, color schemes, fonts, and other visual elements.
  • Any additional documents relevant to your marketing materials.

3. Social Media Access

To effectively manage and optimize your social media presence, we will require administrative access to your accounts.

We would be happy to assist you in granting access to your social media page during our onboarding call. If you do not yet have social media accounts, we will create them for you and share the login details after the onboarding call.
Below are the steps to grant admin access to your social media page:

  1. Facebook Page
    We will send you an admin access request from ‘Global One Media Group’. Please look out for an email from Facebook or a notification on your page and accept our request to grant us full access for management. Alternatively, you may add our social media team account as a manager.
  2. LinkedIn Page
    Please add us as a “super admin” in the company’s settings page by pasting our profile link. “Super admin” access ensures we have full access to your page to action any necessary changes.
  3. YouTube Channel
    Please add us as a “manager” on the channel’s permissions page by inviting the email address: social@globalonemedia.com. For further instructions on how to grant us access to your YouTube channel, please visit our resource page here: https://globalonemedia.com/resources/youtube-account/
  4. Twitter (X) and Instagram
    Please provide us with the phone number, email, username, and password associated with the account. We might need a security code sent to the email or phone number, so we will coordinate accordingly.

4. Social Media Content Calendar

Following the onboarding call, we will develop a comprehensive social media content calendar for the following month for your review. This document will include:

  • Optimized account descriptions and headlines, incorporating relevant keywords and stock symbols.
  • A schedule of key international holidays, for which we will create special content.
  • A preview of planned posts, along with custom-designed visuals.

You will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on all scheduled content to ensure alignment with your brand messaging.

5. Newsletter / Electronic Direct Marketing (EDM)

If you would like us to manage your newsletter campaigns, we will need access to your email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Stripo). Please also provide:

  • Specific design preferences, language style, and content focus. We will then provide you with the newsletter template for your review and approval.
  • Desired frequency and timing of newsletter distribution.

If you do not have an existing account, we will create a Mailchimp account for you. If needed, we may also coordinate with your previous marketing team to ensure proper integration of your subscriber database with your website.

6. Website Management

If you require website management services, we will need login credentials for your website platform. This may include:

  • Existing website URL and Admin URL
  • ⁠Hosting provider details and credentials (cPanel, FTP, or other access credentials)
  • CMS or platform used (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

If you do not yet have a website, we will discuss the initial design during the onboarding call. Our process includes:

  • Presenting you with a website design concept for approval.
  • Proceeding with development once the design is finalized.
  • Providing ongoing website maintenance

7. Interview with “Stocks to Watch”

As part of our marketing strategy, your company will be featured in interviews on our Stocks to Watch network, reaching over 50,000 active retail investors and ranks #1 in the ‘Investing’ podcast category. This is a valuable opportunity to showcase your company’s story, recent milestones, and future plans while engaging with Millennial and Gen Z investors.

Interview Process:

  1. During the onboarding call, we will outline the topics and subjects for the next three months, beyond standard news releases. Our business analyst will assist in strategizing content for maximum reach.
  2. We will provide multiple Zoom background options to ensure a professional interview setting.
  3. Our team will assist in optimizing your Zoom setup for the best audio and visual quality.
  4. Prior to each interview, we will send a list of questions along with the host’s availability for your review and approval.
  5. Once the interview is recorded and edited, we will provide a private YouTube link for your review before publishing. Upon approval, the interview will be published on our YouTube channel and shared across your social media platforms, investor forums, and groups. Additionally, we will create short clips for social media to maximize engagement.

8. Marketing Performance Report

To track progress and measure the impact of our marketing efforts, we will provide a comprehensive performance report each month. This report will be shared in the second week of the following month, detailing growth metrics and campaign results.
